TEAM OF 28 QA PEOPLE

With an exclusive operations board and teams allocated to different points, we make available 28 fully managed and trained people to meet the Boticario Group needs.

DOCUMENTED PROCESSES AND RULES

To handle seasonality, processes and business rules were documented and turned into training. New features are quickly integrated into the testing routines in direct sales software, PDV, Web and Mobile, BI and Forecast operations.

SLAs-BASED KPIs MANAGEMENT

Together with the Boticario Group we established and measured dozens of indicators to detect bugs in the different stages of development, homologation and production to meet the agreed-upon SLAs.
