At the end of the support for SAP ECC 7 and previous versions, BRF launched a large update project for their domestic and overseas units.
PRESERVE OPERATIONS
The update could not affect operations nor bring significant changes in their processes. Ensuring the quality of the new platform was a must.
ALL SAP MODULES
The update covered several SAP modules such as SD, FI, CO, MM, WM, PP, QM, PM, BW, HR, PI and APO.

20 WORK FRONTS
BRF made up 20 internal work fronts that would receive Prime Control support for mapping their business rules.
260 KEY USERS
260 key users were assigned to perform the tests. In total, over 400 people involved around the world.
EUROPE, ASIA, THE MIDDLE EAST AND LATIN AMERICA
Prime Control sent instructions and documentation in 3 languages to teams in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America.
