Challenge
A company manufacturing tuition materials and education system based in Curitiba needs to send an annual list of students for research carried out by MEC. Data needs to match the SEFAZ and there can be no discrepancies. Manually, the company would search the Tax ID (CPF) on the Revenue Service for each of its 29,000 students and in case of divergence they had to correct the data.
This manual process would take around 30 days’ work and was subject to errors.
Actions and Results
We created a robot that searches the students’ Tax ID (CPF) on the Revenue Service website and updates the students’ data on a spreadsheet. The automation was 100% made via APIs.
The robot does all the work in less than 12 hours, errorless, generating time and costs savings.
